Omar Gogichaishvili known as Hitori Ni is a self-taught photographer from Tbilisi. In his work he focuses on the culture, subculture and nightlife of Georgian youth. The main characters of the works are the younger generation, friends, people who represent a liberated Georgia, do not agree with stereotyped traditional values and norms. His photos often observe the active nightlife of the city.
Hitori Ni projects include photography, lighting, video experiments, and complex performances. His works were presented at the Tbilisi International Photo Festival “Kolga”.
The presented series include photographs taken in the private spaces of young people; Various episodes of a friendly circle and the recent history of Georgia.
